The interior design of Agah Brokerage’s IT Office was developed with the goal of creating a modern, efficient, and well-organized workspace aligned with international office design standards.
The design focused on the functional needs of each department, spatial relationships, and a balanced integration of aesthetics and performance to enhance employee productivity and comfort.Given the presence of multiple office buildings within different towers in Tehran, the project aimed to establish a unified and cohesive identity across all workspaces. An open office layout was adopted to promote visual connectivity and teamwork while maintaining each department’s spatial independence.Special attention was given to natural lighting, circulation, ventilation, and workplace ergonomics to ensure optimal working conditions.
One of the main challenges was the absence of initial design guidelines and the tight timeline for design and implementation, due to the office’s location within high-rise towers. All stages of the project — from Phase 0 conceptual studies to Phase 2 technical detailing — were carefully managed, including architectural, structural, and electrical drawings.
The outcome was the development of a comprehensive design guideline book that defines modern office design standards, serving as a valuable reference for future administrative and corporate spaces.
