Project Description:
The Aria Sanat Office Building was developed in three design phases — interior design, façade design, and landscape design. The main design approach was to bring architectural diversity and aesthetic value into an industrial environment.
Due to the site’s longitudinal slope and the movement of heavy industrial machinery, the administrative building was strategically located at the highest point of the site, ensuring full visibility across the entire complex. The architectural concept draws inspiration from industrial warehouse forms, using a combination of cement and corrugated steel sheets on the façade to emphasize the industrial identity of the company.
The surrounding landscape was designed to include resting and meeting zones for clients and staff, while preserving the site’s existing vegetation. New plants were selected based on the native vegetation and climate of the region, ensuring visual harmony and environmental sustainability.
