The interior design of Agah Brokerage’s marketing department offices was developed with the goal of creating an efficient, organized, and contemporary workspace aligned with international standards of office design.
The concept was driven by the functional requirements of each unit, spatial relationships, and the balance between aesthetics and practicality.Given the organization’s multiple office locations across several towers in Tehran, the objective was to design spaces with a consistent identity and unified layout for all users. To achieve this, an open-plan layout was implemented — maintaining each department’s independence while ensuring visual continuity and functional flow throughout the workspace.Special attention was given to natural lighting, proper ventilation, accessibility, and maintaining equal working conditions across all departments. One of the main challenges of the project was the lack of a prior design framework and the tight schedule for design and execution due to the office’s location within high-rise towers. Despite these constraints, the design team successfully delivered all project phases — from initial site documentation (Phase 0) to executive drawings (Phase 2) — including architectural plans, electrical and structural details. The final outcome was a comprehensive office design guideline, establishing a reference for functional, aesthetically cohesive, and globally aligned workspace environments that enhance productivity and user comfort.
