Project Description:
The Villa No.2 project is located in the scenic area of Kan, Tehran. The architectural concept emphasizes harmony between interior and nature. The private zones are placed on the first floor, while the living room, reception area, and kitchen occupy the ground floor. Large panoramic windows on the lower level open directly toward a beautiful cherry orchard in front of the villa.

The upper floor seems to rest on a glass box, visually connecting the interior with the surrounding landscape. The new structure is carefully positioned on the footprint of the existing building, preserving the original vegetation and taking full advantage of the site’s natural greenery.
