In today’s world, where construction costs are constantly rising, many clients prefer to renovate and redesign their existing spaces rather than build from scratch.
This residential project involved the complete demolition and redesign of the interior spaces to create a modern, functional, and aesthetic layout based on the client’s needs and lifestyle.The living room and kitchen were aligned in a continuous layout to enhance visual flow and make the space appear larger and more cohesive. Each area — including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living zone — was reconfigured to achieve optimal functionality and comfort.One of the main challenges in this renovation was relocating plumbing and service areas, which was successfully managed through precise planning and close collaboration with the construction team.The result is a perfect example of intelligent interior design and efficient residential renovation, aimed at improving spatial performance, natural lighting, and overall living quality.
