Project Description:
Villa No.1 Imamzadeh Davood is located in the lush Kan area of Tehran, designed to create a tranquil living experience in harmony with nature. The villa’s private spaces are located on the first floor, while the living area, reception, and kitchen occupy the ground floor.
Floor-to-ceiling windows open directly toward a cherry orchard, framing the greenery and drawing natural light deep into the interior. The new building is carefully positioned on the footprint of the existing structure, ensuring minimal disturbance to the existing vegetation and maximizing the use of the site’s natural potential.
